As part of its ongoing efforts to promote digital skills training across Pakistan, DigiSkills.pk 3.0 successfully organized an awareness seminar at Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU). The seminar encouraged students to explore the growing potential of digital skills, freelancing, and remote work while highlighting how these skills can help them build rewarding careers in the global digital economy.
DigiSkills.pk is Pakistan's largest online training program, operating under the Ministry of IT & Telecom (MoITT), funded by Ignite – National Technology Fund, and executed by the Virtual University of Pakistan. The session introduced participants to the program's free online training courses, opportunities on international freelancing marketplaces, and the government-recognized DigiSkills.pk e-certificate awarded upon successful course completion.
