Barrister Hassan Nawaz Sheikh is the Head of Chambers at Hassan Law Chambers, Lahore, and an Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan. He is a Member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the Punjab Bar and was called to the Bar by The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2009.
Barrister Sheikh has extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, construction disputes, banking matters, corporate advisory, regulatory work, and transactional legal practice. Since establishing Hassan Law Chambers in 2012, he has advised public authorities, financial institutions, developers, investors, corporate clients, and sectoral bodies on complex legal and commercial matters.
His arbitration and disputes practice includes major construction and infrastructure matters, including FIDIC-based disputes and high-value arbitral awards. He has also handled over 600 cases before High Courts, Commercial Courts, Civil Courts and other forums, including matters relating to construction, infrastructure, commercial, banking, regulatory and corporate disputes.
In addition to litigation and arbitration, Barrister Sheikh has advised national and multinational clients on commercial, regulatory, real estate, infrastructure, energy and financial matters, and has contributed to policy advisory assignments involving free trade, the European Green Deal, transit trade, and arbitration rules for ease of doing business.
